Prices on this site are indicative

We publish from-prices and typical ranges because we think you deserve a ballpark before anyone climbs a ladder. They are honest indications based on recent jobs, not quotes. Every roof is different, and the only number that binds us is the written quote you receive after a survey. The price on that written quote is the price on the invoice, unless you agree a change to the work first.

Guides and advice

Pages on this site describe roofing methods, materials and what certain problems usually mean. They are general information about how we work, not instructions. Roofs are dangerous places, so if something on your roof looks wrong, please ring us rather than going up to check.

Accuracy

We keep the site honest and current, including review counts, accreditation status and response-time promises. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it. We cannot accept liability for loss arising from reliance on the general content of this site, as opposed to a written quote or contract.
