Do you do cast iron guttering on listed buildings?
Yes. Genuine cast iron is required by some conservation officers on listed buildings. We source and fit ARP, Hargreaves or similar cast-iron systems with proper bracket spacing. Significantly more expensive than UPVC but appropriate for the listing.
What gutter profiles and colours are available?
Square or ogee profile in 112mm or 117mm, half-round in 112mm. Round, square or rectangular downpipes. White, black, anthracite grey and cast-iron-effect for conservation areas. Samples shown at the survey.
Do you guarantee the work?
Twenty-year workmanship guarantee in writing on replacement work, alongside the manufacturer warranty on the rainwater goods themselves. Both issued with the final invoice.
